The special gel applied before the microneedling treatment helps in the rapid healing of the punctures created by the needles. This will be aided by another layer of the gel once the procedure is done to completely protect the sensitive skin.\n\nThe patient will be then provided a supply of this gel, which they will be instructed to apply for a time. Patients can expect to see results within four weeks following the procedure as new collagen is formed.\n\n"
